Wilco at Redmond, WA, Marymoor Park. I was about 10-20 more people back in the crowd from here. It was a fantastic show, could not say enough great things about it! The moon was off to the left of the stage and shining brightly, and the band was truly amazing! I would definatlely recommend going and seeing them if you like the music.

Still and probably always one of my favorite bands of all time. Always seems like they played their music with such great feeling and truly from their soul.

Slightly stoopid live unfortunately was not good.. and kind of stoopid...
Went and saw this band.. Unfortunately, they did'nt sound anything like the music on their myspace page or youtube.. but apparenlty it was the same band.. they played very hard kind of punk type music.. some songs containing the F word about 50-100 times.
I was psyched up to see this band because all the songs posted on you tube and on myspace were reggae and rock and actually sounded very good. I actually still think the band I saw was different but it is the same band.
I stayed to see G Love and Special Sauce which was actually really good, I like him, good tunes...
I think they may have been missing some band members? I am still not sure if the band that played at Marymoor Park with G Love was the same band, but dont have time to do the research... Cannot imagine there are two popular bands called slightly stoopid... at one point in the concert two guys were on stage doing some sort of odd rapping or something with the Mic's..
Anyway.. I would have left if not for G love playing after them... Not a good live band... as far as I can tell they did not play one song I found on you tube or on their myspace page... and you tube has about 20 good videos I had been watching the past couple months and was totally psyched up for the concert...
Big dissapointment.. You could not pay me 100 dollars to listen to 10 minutes of this band live...
Cheers,
Nigel

Bars, Tavern, Musical Hot Spots, Seattle Area
I can never find a good consolidated spot with all the great things happening in Seattle. So I decided to perform research and find as many as possible and list them here. I am mainly going for ones that are left off of the big sites, including great places such as; Red Hook Brewery Woodinville, High Dive in Fremont, Nectar Lounge Fremont, Tractor Taver, Xaimaica, Sunset Tavern, Neumos, The Shark in Kirkland, Chop Suey Capitol Hill.

Paragon Restaurant & Bar
2125 Queen Anne Ave. N.

If you want a most outstanding Breakfast / Lunch place hit the 5 Spot down the street from the Paragon, on the corner, Highly recommended.

Dad, Watsons Fremont. There is no live music here, but the food is most excellent and the ambience is very eclectic, and they usually have good music literally BLARING through the place.

Kirkland:
The trendiest spot I know. Although what is cool is sometimes they get some alright bands that appeal to people in their 30's and 40's. Other times I believe it is mostly Hip Hop dance music with 18-22 year olds from local colleges flooding the scene.

Studio7, They seem to mostly have very hard music, which reminds me of music like Pantera, Megadeth, Metallica, Flotsam&Jetsam, etc... If you are into that music, check this place out. Years ago I saw Deszarie from St. Croix here, it was a great show, but lately I am not seeing any sort of Reggae or more mellow music.
